Our cancellation policy:
Group booking cancellations are non-refundable but are transferrable to another session of your choice until 24 hours before event - unlimited expiry on transfers
1:2:1 Bookings: a cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given for all 1:2:1 treatment appointments
Covid: if we are required to cancel sessions/treatment due to covid restrictions, we will of course fully refund any payments made
