Our cancellation policy:
- Group booking cancellations are non-refundable but are transferrable to another session up to 24 hours before event - limited to one transfer per booking with unlimited expiry - there are no transfer options if less than 24 hours notice is given
- 1:1 Bookings: a cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given for all 1:1 treatment appointments
- Soundbath Under Canvas Bookings: a cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given
- Covid: if we are required to cancel sessions/treatment due to covid restrictions, we will of course fully refund any payments made
